It is optimized for TaqMan method using specific primer and probe and has high specificity and amplification efficiency. Also the sensitivity for TaqMan analysis is high and the range of reaction is dynamic. To use the product flexibly according to the experimental conditions, each contents are individually provided. Experimenter can set up the condition for the specific gene detection and the product includes i-StarTaq DNA Polymerase of ultrapure grade and Hot-start PCR is available.  The optimized buffer included can improve the sensitivity, specificity and amplification rate and the reaction range is dynamic, that is suitable for quantitative PCR. 10X Buffer(w/ or w/o MgCl2) , MgCl2 and dNTP, etc. are provided respectively.
